Weight training, cardiovascular, and flex training. I also just got a job working for a fitness club.

Joe Shear and my brother.

1974 Chevy Monte Carlo

Favorite City on Race Schedule:
: I only race at Rockford but we have gone to LaCrosse Fairgrounds a 5/8ths track that I like.

Most Memorable Racing Achievement:
Winning Winston Short Track Nationals in the Winged Women on Wheels, and being the first women to win in the Grand National Series.

Best Advise from Parents:
To do what makes me happy and not what other people think will make me happy.

What you Admire in Others:
Strength, both physical and mental.

Greatest Influences on Life:
My mother on how she has raised my family and taught me to be strong.

What Drives you Crazy:
Not being able to race all year long!

Advice to Young Drivers:
Listen to what other drivers that are more experienced have to say.

Best Part of Racing:
Coming out of a corner and full throttle down the straitaway, it's a great high!

Worst Part of Racing:
Searching for sponsors so I have the budget to race, and worrying about letting the ones I do have down.

Racing Goals:
To get into a traveling series so I can race other tracks and divisions.
