THE NO BUSY SIGNAL POLICY & PROCEDUREJVLNET guarantees that under normal circumstances you should not get any busy signal when dialing
into one of JVLNET's modem pools. We monitor all of our modem pools for peak usage and order new lines as often as needed. Since peak usage varies from city to city and from day to day, you may still experience some unexpected busy signal periods. We need you to tell us when you heard busy signals dialing into JVLNET and appreciate your completing the Busy Signal Reporting form below. If you do get TWO Separate busy signal periods in a given month,
JVLNET will give you an additional month FREE. The provisions to
get your FREE month are simple and specific, and must be met: |
