JVLNET Employment Opportunities
JVLNET Internet Services is a rapidly growing ISP. We
are always looking for talented people. Since the job duties at JVLNET
are diverse and ever changing we have no printed job descriptions. We are
always taking application so for support personnel as well as sales positions.
There is always the possibility that we will create a position for a person’s
specific talent.
Overall, JVLNET is looking for people of any age that
have:

Computer knowledge of PC’s and MACS. Both hardware and software.

Internet knowledge of IE and Netscape
-
The ability to troubleshoot a customers problem quickly.

The ability to take control of a customer situation, discover
their current needs, and quickly resolve their problem and/or find a JLVNET
service that will better satisfy them.

Self motivation, and WILL NOT WAIT TO BE ASKED TO DO SOMETHING,
BUT RATHER CAN ALWAYS FIND MORE TO DO THAN THERE IS TIME IN THE WORK DAY.

Somewhat flexible available work hours. They can work a normal
8 hour shift, but also be available to work the load as needed, and be
available for emergency support of JVLNET customers. JVLNET will provide
a pager and will pay for all overtime and after hours support performed
from outside the office.

Good communication skills and speak clearly both in person
and on the phone.

A somewhat assertive personality and can easily help the
potential customers sign up with JVLNET.

Proper dress and come to work clean and healthy.
