Overall, JVLNET is looking for
people of any age that have:

Computer knowledge of PC's
and MACs, both hard and software.

Internet knowledge of MSIE and Netscape.

The ability to troubleshoot a customers problem
quickly.

The ability to take control of a customer
situation, discover their current needs, and quickly
resolve their problem and/or find a JVLNET service
that will better satisfy them.

Self motivation. Needs not to be asked to
do something, but rather can always find more to do than there
is time in the work day.

Somewhat flexible available work hours. They can
work a normal 8 hour shift, but also be available to
work the load as needed, and be available for
emergency support of JVLNET customers. JVLNET will
provide a cellular phone and will pay for all
overtime and after hours support performed from
outside of the office.

Good communication skills and speak clearly both
in person and on the phone.

A somewhat assertive personality and can easily
help the potential customers sign up with JVLNET.

Proper dress and come to work clean and healthy.
