Spam Filtering by Microsoft Outlook or Outlook Express:
Microsoft Outlook:
To tag Spam and have Microsoft Outlook deny it coming through to you, perform the following
steps:
- Highlight on the incoming message line and right click one time.
- Click on Junk E-mail with the left mouse button.
- Click on Add to Junk Senders List.
- Microsoft Outlook will no longer allow through all future Spam mail from that sender.
Outlook Express:
To tag Spam and have Outlook Express deny it coming through to you in the future and to remove it immediately perform the following steps:
- Highlight the incoming Spam message line.
- Click on the Message menu bar at the top of the OE window.
- Click on Block Sender - answer yes.
- All messages previously received that may be in your files will be removed and all future Spam mail from this sender will be
not be received.
