Does the Internet Seem Slow?
Below you will find a listing of some check points and options you might wish to try to speed up your connection.

• Does your modem need replacing?
• Contact your phone company and get a written report on the quality and available bandwidth of your phone line.
• Replace your modem cables and phone cables.
• Check all JVLNET setting in your browser and dialer to be sure they are correct.
• Contact our support department and have them help you check all your settings.
• Reboot your computer and re-dial to see if it is still slow.
• Clear both your browsers history and temp file cache buffers.
• Take your computer over to a friends house on a different side of town and them dial up and see if all is faster.
• Contact the computers manufacturer for possible warranty.
