As in our homes, Christmas in our church takes a lot of preparation.  This is to acknowledge with thanks the many members of the congregation who were  involved.
Charleta & Rollyn Affeldt, Arlene & Bob Brauns, Madaline & Henry Gmach, Marge & Roland Mueller, Bonnie & Duane Ottow, Vi & Gary Pankonien set up and decorated the Christmas tree.  Doris Betz, Jeanne Cole, Candy Hoefer and Jackie Holmbeck arranged the poinsettias and the other decorations.
Pastor Tina and her cohorts (names were listed in the newspaper article) for our program, "The Wish"; secretary Pattye and custodian Ray who handle any extra holiday duties without complaint.

A "whopper"-sized thank you to David Ramsey, Jr. (it is certainly a blessing to have him as our organist/pianist) and "friends" who are a part of our second CD set, "Music of the Seasons"; David Rounds, our mechanical and sound genius.  Betsy Anderson, with her musical background, helped a great deal just by listening to various recordings and with narrowing the suggested songs down to 64: Arlene Brauns for again designing the cover. A third set is being planned to cover another phase of the church year.
