"Taking Care of you-Powerful Tools for Caregiving" is an educational training class designed to help family and caregivers take care of themselves. Classes are designed to give the caregiver necessary tools to reduce personal stress, learn how to deal with difficult feelings, setting short term goals and effective communication with family and health care providers.
April 26 1-3:30 PM at Good Shepherd Lutheran in Janesville
May 16 2-4:30 PM at Huntington Place in Janesville
