Enjoy these quick shots of some of the sights in Albuquerque and
some of the scenes from our horse show.

A landscape more beautiful, harsh, and wonderful than you can imagine!! You can see FOREVER when you stand in the right spot! We enjoy a trip to Sandia Peak every time we visit Albuquerque, and the drive across New Mexico is quite spectacular and compelling as well. In a year that involves a lot of sight-seeing from the driver's seat of the truck on the way to horse shows, the trip to Albuquerque is definitely the best!

No trip to Albuquerque is complete without visiting the Petroglyph National Monument. Some of these images are thousands of years old. We find them peaceful and provocative.

Tony did his usual classy and professional job of setting up and decorating our stalls. The plants survived the 24 hour trip back to Wisconsin and are now planted at JCTS, which proves the wisdom of choosing hardy decorative plants that go well with the curtains, rather than choosing more fragile flowers.

A few scenes from the work arenas at Nationals. Lots more photos from our trip are coming soon, along with a more complete report and more detailed captions for many of these photos.

After the show ends, it's time for all the serious, hard-working, stressed out horsemen from the preceding two weeks to finally cut loose a little bit. These are pictures of some of the friends of JCTS enjoying themselves at one of the post-show parties. It was VERY cold, and we were VERY tired, but we stayed out late and enjoyed one last bit of horse show camaraderie as the 2003 show season drew to a close.
