The Wedding ! ! !
September 3, 2004
|
After a long and happy engagement, Jessica Cole and Tony Dimond celebrated their wedding September 3, 2004, with about 150 guests. They were married aboard the Clipper on a beautiful early Fall afternoon on the Wisconsin River in the Upper Dells. The location was chosen in part because the couple enjoys spending their occasional free time together on the river whenever possible. The son of Martin and Ellen Dimond, Tony served as a U.S. Marine and is now a railroad engineer for Union Pacific Railroad. He also helps with all of the “guy stuff” at the barn and at the horse shows (set up, tear down, fixing things, and vehicle maintenance!). In his spare time, he enjoys his Harley Davidson Road King Classic motorcycle. Jessica will keep her name for both business and personal reasons. She currently trains out of two farms in the Wisconsin Dells and Baraboo area. Tony and Jessica are actively shopping for a larger farm of their own, and in the meantime, Jessica leases stalls from her parents and from nearby Domino Stables. Tony's brother Jason was the best man, and Jessica's longtime friend and fellow lady trainer Linda Kinney was the bridesmaid. Jessica also wishes to thank her sister in law Cat and her mom Bev for their extensive help with the wedding preparations! The bride wore her mother's dress, which, by the way, still fits her mother 39 years later! Please enjoy the photos! All photos on this page were done by Jewel Osborne. Thank you, Jewel, for a great job and for sharing our special day! |
